This website is run by Dr Mohammad Abbasi to provide information about dental treatment with Dr Abbasi in Dingwall. This notice explains what personal information we handle through it.
What we collect
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. If you use the enquiry form, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, contact details and message. Enquiry form messages are sent by email to Dr Abbasi and are not stored on the website.
Sophie, our AI receptionist
Calls and WhatsApp messages to +44 7414 130010 are answered by Sophie, an AI receptionist, not a person. She uses Retell AI and Twilio to process the conversation. If you choose to give your details (such as your name, phone number, email and the treatment you are interested in), they are saved securely for Dr Abbasi, together with a short summary of the conversation, so your enquiry can be dealt with. We check these conversations to make sure Sophie gives correct information. These details are kept in Dr Abbasi's patient enquiry records so he knows who has contacted the practice and can look after you; you can ask us to correct or delete them at any time. Please do not share medical details or payment details with Sophie.
Feedback surveys
If you complete one of our feedback surveys, your answers are stored securely and used only to improve our care. Contact details are optional, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. The team survey is anonymous.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and help arrange an appointment. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Booking and treatment records
Online booking takes place on Bupa Dental Care's website. Appointments and clinical records are held by Bupa Dental Care under its own privacy notice.
Third-party services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a map from Google Maps. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These services have their own privacy policies.
Visitor statistics
Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as pages visited, browser type and IP address) for security and basic visitor counts. These do not use cookies and are not used to identify you.
